Meet the team
Chairman : Adrian Cox (Non-Executive)
Adrian has held a number of marketing director positions in blue chip UK businesses. Most recently, he was CEO of Ask.com (formerly Askjeeves.com) for the UK and European Operations.
Chief Executive : Guy Walker (Executive)
Guy is a Chartered Accountant with a career in the finances and management of media and advertising creation and buying. Most recently, he was CFO and COO of Initiative Media Worldwide Inc. He is the most un-accountant like accountant we know as he is constantly coming up with ideas, but mostly because he is bad at maths. He thinks he’s extrovert because he doesn’t look at his shoes when he talks to you. He looks at your shoes.
Chief Operating Officer : Steve Leighton (Executive)
Steve is a graduate of LSE who had a 20 Year career in the DTI, reaching the higher echelons! His last role in Government introduced him to telecoms and the Internet. He’s since run his own telecoms business, an on-line ad agency and a Chinese media corporation. He has played football, rugby and cricket at decent levels and part of him still thinks he can. He’s married with three young children and loves to cook (and eat) – he has the biggest DVD collection in Europe.
Marketing and Business Development Officer : Carlo Walther
Carlo joined FindsYou.com in December 2009 armed with extensive experience within the internet space, he applies his industry expertise to building the FindsYou brand and developing partnerships.
Before joining us, he spent 5 years working for the property website, rightmove.co.uk, where he was Head of Business Development. He also spent time working overseas in San Francisco during the dot-com boom in 2000 for technology consulting firm, Ovum.
When not working at FindsYou, he’s learning to be a father to his new daughter Maya, and is a keen cook who fancies his chances on MasterChef!
Head of Motoring : Jonathan Easton
Jonathan is responsible for managing our growing car dealer network, as well as handling enquiries from car buyers. Prior to joining FindsYou he spent all his career in the car trade working both as a car dealer and car sourcer. He’s a keen football player who still hasn’t given up on his dream of playing for Chelsea, though in truth his sons are more likely to get picked!
Head of Accommodation : Sarah El-Sayed
Sarah is responsible for setting up our new Accommodation service, which is being launched in partnership with Visit Britain. Prior to joining FindsYou, she worked as a property consultant for one of London’s leading estate agents. She’s an avid football fan who dreams of being a WAG so that she can continue to grow her designer handbag collection!
